| Abstrak | : | Correptio fraterna has been an effort which will never be end in living a religious life. In the diversity of members of the religious community, Correption fraterna need to be a pillar to sustain the goal of a community life in accordance with the Augustine's ideal for religious life that has been written in his Regula. Live harmoniously in one mind and heart intent upon God is the main point of St. Augustine's ideal of religious life. Correptio fraterna occupies an important position in the community life as confirmed by St. Augustine himself and strengthened by several viewpoints such as biblical, theological and spiritual. With a background of reality which could be found in every religious community community life and all its efforts to give value to Correptio fraterna, expectedly Correptio fraterna has to be the strong foundation to foster the life of a religious community despite having many challenges to be faced. On the one hand Correptio fraterna should collide with the challenges of the community life such as the gap between senior-junior, different interpretation and the reluctancce to correct that led to omission. On the other hand, Correptio fraterna must be the foundation to support the community life and finding the true meaning of Correptio fraterna for the sake of a religious' community metanoia towards the ideals of living in harmony, one heart and mind intent upon God. |

| Abstrak | : | Origen, in his entire life and work, was a theologian and an exegete. All of his theological thinkings are based on the Holy Scripture which he interpreted. The majority of his works as a teacher, priest, and writer were dedicated to study and interpret the Holy Scripture. Therefore, it is very appropriate to learn from him about the correct and useful methods of the interpretation of the Holy Scripture. By observing his exegesis work, the homily on Isaiah 7, 10-15, we find Origen's six methods to interpret the Holy Scripture. By these method, Origen has instilled the very usefull method of interpreting of the Holy Scripture. Therefore, the proclamation of the Scripture increasingly enlighten and inflame the faith.. |

| Abstrak | : | A major topic in the relation between the church and culture is the capacity of the church to incarnate the core of its faith into the life of the local culture. The faith in God is expressed in various human expressions either cultic or cultural. The church doesn't risk its faith in God but expresses this faith in various ways adapted to the local culture where the church lives. Paul and his friends took effort to enter through the door of the Jews and the Greeks to bring the Gospel to them. Although he did not always get great success, his works have been producing great result. In the reflection of the Asian Church regarding its existence in the life of Asia, the way to evangelization is, therefore, the incarnation of the Gospel in the life of the local culture. |

| Abstrak | : | Now that fundamental quantum principles of indeterminacy and measurement have become the basis of new technologies that provide secrecy between two communicating parties, there is a need to provide teaching laboratories that illustrate how these technologies work. In this article, we describe a laboratory exercise in which students perform quantum key distribution with single photons, and see how the secrecy of the communication is ensured by the principles of quantum superposition and state projection. We used a table-top apparatus, similar to those used in correlated-photon undergraduate laboratories, to implement the Bennett-Brassard-84 protocol with polarization-entangled photons. Our experiment shows how the communication between two parties is disrupted by an eavesdropper. We use a simple quartz plate to mimic how an eavesdropper intercepts, measures, and resends the photons used in the communication, and we analyze the state of the light to show how the eavesdropper changes it. |

| Abstrak | : | The basic physics of traveling waves and standing waves are fundamental topics in the education of science and engineering students. These concepts are found in many areas, including classical mechanics, quantum mechanics, and electromagnetism. Typically, laboratory demonstrations of traveling waves and standing waves are based on mechanical systems such as vibrating strings and sound waves. This paper presents a simple benchtop experiment for producing and observing electromagnetic standing waves in a coaxial cable and determining the phase velocity of their underlying component traveling waves. We also discuss the experimental requirements for this experiment. |

| Abstrak | : | We describe a simple method to experimentally determine the frequency dependencies of the per-unit-length resistance and conductance of transmission lines. The experiment is intended as a supplement to the classic measurement of the transient response of a transmission line to a voltage step or pulse. In the transient experiment, an ideal (lossless) model of the transmission line is used to determine the characteristic impedance and signal propagation speed. In our experiment, the insertion losses of various coaxial cables are measured as a function of frequency from 1 to 2000 MHz. A full distributed circuit model of the transmission line that includes both conductor and dielectric losses is needed to fit the frequency dependence of the measured insertion losses. Our model assumes physically sensible frequency dependencies for the per-unit-length resistance and conductance that are determined by the geometry of the coaxial transmission lines used in the measurements. |

| Abstrak | : | The theory and practical design of a monopole ion trapping system are presented, along with our experimental observations of nonlinear motion of a single charged polyethylene microsphere in the trap. For these observations, the trap was operated at a drive frequency of 70 Hz and easily produced voltages in the kV range. The resulting ion motion was captured using a high-speed camera acquiring images at up to 4000 frames per second. These data yielded time series, phase space portraits, and power spectra of the ion motion in a range of applied voltages, allowing us to observe a period-doubling route to chaos and a period-3 window within the chaotic regime. It is shown that these observations agree with a numerical integration of the ion's nonlinear equation of motion in the monopole electric field. |

A simple analysis, depending only upon elementary physics, shows that ?∼?7/2—a prediction that is surprisingly easy to illustrate with a party balloon, a tape measure, and a smart-phone app. |
