| Abstrak | : | There are many methods in solving the electric circuit, from the simplest until the most sophisticated one Solving the electric circuit problem is a modeling. Bondgraph is one of modeling techniques. This paper is discussed the implementation of Bondgraph modeling technique in the Electric Circuit course. The experiments were done by comparing the solution between Bondgraph and the existing method, for many circuit combinations and problems. Finally, it was found that Bondgraph and the existing method have different solution. Bondgraph gives state equation while the existing method gives a value or function. To bridge between this two results, the SigLab is used The SigLab is used to plot the result from the existing method. The Bondgraph result is simulated with the 20-Sim from the University of Twente, the Netherlands. Both shows the same result Compare with other simulation software for electric circuit such as EWB (Electronics Work Bench). Multisim, ete the Roadgraph with the 20-Sim is more complex. The fact is one has to understand how to implement the Bondgraph model |

| Abstrak | : | This paper describes research on developing a phonetically balanced sentence set for collecting Indonesian speech database in developing Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR)- based systems. Two methods, ie. Least-to-Most Greedy using standard scoring and Least- to-Most Greedy using modified scoring, were applied to a mother sentence set of 500,353 sentences to find the minimum phonetically balanced sentence set. The second method produced sentence set 2 containing fewer sentences (2691) than sentence set 1 (2969) which is generated by the first method. Unfortunately, set 2 contained much more words (16382) than set 1 (14338). Therefore, set 1 is selected as the minimum phonetically balanced sentence set |

| Abstrak | : | Compression is a technique that used to make a stream input into small size, as the result that was contained in storage media or if that was transmitted need relatively short time dispatch. This research will be doing to develop compression algorithm with wavelet transform method of some type wavelets, as the result that will be expected to obtain the high compression ratio and video stream frame quality of reconstruction result well too. The objects of this research are a number of video streams in the Audio-Video Interleaved (AVI) format with 256 x 256 pixel size and 24 bit pixel depth color. The video stream compression is exploiting redundancy in each frame either spatial redundancy or temporal redundancy. As the result was done, the intraframe decrease the spatial redundancy and interframe compression decrease the temporal redundancy. Based on done examination, the wavelet transform method for many kind of wavelet can be purposed well. Quantitatively and qualitatively valuations that the obtained result show quite high of compression ratio (R) and video stream frame quality of reconstruction result well too, with the MSE value that was obtained not very higher and the PSNR value that was not very low. The kind of wavelet that result higher compression ratio (R) was dbl (Daubechies-2)/ Haar wavelet. The highest level of decomposition wavelet that result higher compression ratio. |

Srikant and Agrawal on their paper called the problem of mining association rules over quantitative and categorical attribut as quantitative association rules problem. In this paper, I make an experiment to mining association rule from quantitative and categorical data, student's GPA, gender and their acceptance's score. Apriori algorithm for solving the problem of discovering quantitative association rules by Srikant and Agrawal is used. Finally, the association rules is derived from 1314 student's data of Informatics Atma Java Yogyakarta University. |

| Abstrak | : | A fuzzy goal programming approach is applied in this paper for solving the vendor selection problem with multiple objectives, in which some of the parameters are fuzzy in nature. A vendor selection problem has been formulated as a fuzzy mixed integer goal programming vendor selection problem that includes three primary goals: minimizing the net cost, minimizing the net rejections, and minimizing the net late deliveries subject to realistic constraints regarding buyer's demand, vendors' capacity, vendors quota flexibility, purchase value of items, budget allocation to individual vendor, etc. The proposed approach has the capability to handle realistic situations in a fuzzy environment and provides a better decision tool for the vendor selection decision in a supply chain. |

| Abstrak | : | Nowdays mobile devices help people doing their activities, such as being personal assistant to manage schedules. Imagine this, if you are being a member in a group of your working area, how thankfully you are that your mobile device helps you to communicate with other members at any place in one big work area without gathering all members in a room. Discussing. Chatting, Schedule Sinchronizing, and other activities can be done by using your mobile device. Mobile device and wireless network technology makes possible for those kind of activities, but mobile devices and wireless network technology can not do those activities if there is no softwares support them. One of mobile device software is Schedule Sinchronize Mobile Agent (MASj), which is synchronizing, matching, and finding the best schedule in the group to do some activities at the same time using agent. MASJ helps person when he/she wants to make appointment with other member but he/she does not know each member schedule. With MASj he can find best schedule and make appointment with all member. The agent works in to all individual member devices and then synchronizes automatically. Agent does that work in the group using wireless network technology. This paper explains the idea of MASj, and agents mobility using peer-to peer algorithm (peer discovery). |

| Abstrak | : | This paper explains how to make datawarehouse of School of Informatics, Faculty of Industrial Technology. Arma Jaya Yogyakarta. This paper also deal with the result of datamining using association rule. Data to be datawarehoused is taken from data alumni graduated since October 1998 until July 2005. It includes three kinds of curriculum, which is called Curriculum 1996, Curriculum 2002, and Curriculum 2004. Datawarehousing encompasses subject conversion from old curriculum into the new one, the making of 13 category of subject with 5 value each, the making of 3 category of study and skripsi duration with 3 value each, normalization of student mark, and the generation of master table into with data mining refers to. Second step is run the data which contained in master table to be analyzed. The test running on miniman support 20% and minimum confidence 40%. The data mining results several knowledge that useful significantly for decision maker, some others do not. |
