Abstrak	:	The study purposes to investigate about 1, making of alternative planning to improve performance development for women teacher of basic school. How to make planning learning process can be communicated into two ways among teacher and student: and 2, implementing them. The policy study using 20 instructional plannings in 5th class in basic school in Kelapa Gading North Jakarta and Bojong III Bogor. A sample was taken by purposive by purposive purposive sampling, The study uses quetionair to evaluate instructional planning and interview some Basic School teachers. Analysis data uses descriptive and phrases analysis and it was carried out during 8 months from May to December 1997. The result of this study is following: first, all teacher have planned instructional process and the principal supervied them. Second, planning of instructional process still in general, not reflecting from teacher quality. Third, unclear about instructional process because there are not coulom for teaching media, methode, and strategic. Contribution ofthe study is to help government in stage I, the teacher would have increasing them self to develop instructional process 2, the basic school teacher has special academic qualification would have carried on to find out an effective method in learning process.

Abstrak	:	Virtual reality is a computer-based technology that gives learners a realistic, three dimensional, interactive experience. It is a powerful tool which enhances learning by allowing learners to perform skills in a realistic, engaging simulations of a real-life environment. And there is evidence that RV can improve learner motivation and retention of skills and reduce error rates. Virtual reality requires careful analysis and design to be implemented effectively and need a number of technologies und skills to develop and deploy. There is investment, trade-off, and risks to consider before starting no a RV project. RV is being used in many organizations to deliver performance based learning solution, such as the US National Guard, IBM. Motorola and so on. To improve the relevance of instruction generally RV should be develop and implement carefully in our instructional system while e-learning being get enhancement in the society.
